Welcome to KNH truly automatic lab
A fully automatic laboratory is a modern diagnostic facility equipped with advanced machines and technology that perform medical tests . Automation reduces the chances of human error, increases the speed of testing, Fully automatic labs play a crucial role in timely diagnosis and treatment, offering reliable results for various tests like hematology, biochemistry, ABG and more. This technology ensures high-quality healthcare by enhancing precision, consistency, and productivity in medical testing.

Dry Chemistry (Gold standard in bio chemistry)
A dry chemistry machine is a medical diagnostic device used to analyze blood and other body fluids without the need for liquid reagents. Instead, it uses dry reagent strips or slides that contain all the necessary chemicals embedded in a solid matrix. When a sample is applied, a chemical reaction occurs, and the machine reads the resulting color change or signal to determine the concentration of specific substances, such as glucose, cholesterol, or enzymes.
Blood Roller
A blood roller machine, also known as a blood mixer or roller mixer, is a laboratory device used to gently mix blood samples collected in tubes containing anticoagulants. It ensures uniform mixing of the blood with the anticoagulant without causing damage to blood cells. The machine typically consists of rollers that rotate at a consistent speed, allowing multiple tubes to roll back and forth smoothly. This is essential for preventing clot formation and for obtaining accurate results in tests like complete blood counts (CBC) and other hematological analyses.

ABG (Our pride)
An ABG (Arterial Blood Gas) machine is a medical device used to analyze the levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and the pH of arterial blood. It provides crucial information about a patient’s respiratory and metabolic status, helping healthcare professionals assess lung function, acid-base balance, and how well oxygen is being delivered to the body.
ESR (Chip based)
Chip-based ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) is a modern, automated method for measuring the rate at which red blood cells settle in a period of one hour. Unlike the traditional Westergren method, chip-based ESR uses microfluidic technology and lab-on-a-chip systems, offering faster and more accurate results with minimal blood volume. This technology reduces the risk of contamination, improves safety, and allows for point-of-care testing. It is especially useful in detecting inflammation and monitoring conditions like infections, autoimmune disorders, and certain cancers. The compact design and rapid turnaround time make chip-based ESR ideal for modern diagnostic settings.
Urine analyzer
A urine analyzer machine is a medical diagnostic device used to examine and evaluate urine samples for various parameters, such as glucose, protein, pH, ketones, and blood. It plays a vital role in detecting and monitoring conditions like urinary tract infections, kidney disorders, diabetes, and liver diseases.

Wet chemistry (Cost effective)
A wet chemistry machine is an automated laboratory instrument used to perform traditional chemical analyses involving liquid reagents and samples. It streamlines processes such as titration, colorimetry, and pH measurement by precisely mixing, heating, and analyzing chemical substances.
PT/INR
A PT/INR machine is a small medical device used to check how well your blood is clotting. “PT” stands for Prothrombin Time, and “INR” stands for International Normalized Ratio. People who take blood-thinning medicines like warfarin use this machine to make sure their blood is not too thick or too thin. The test is quick and usually done by pricking your finger to get a small drop of blood. The machine then shows your INR number, which helps doctors adjust your medicine if needed. This helps prevent problems like bleeding or blood clots.

5-parameter hematology (1st in Kurukshetra)
A 5-parameter hematology machine is a medical device that checks your blood and gives important information about your health. It looks at five main parts of your blood: white blood cells (WBC), red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (HCT), and platelets. These parts help doctors know if you have an infection, anemia, or other blood-related problems. The machine only needs a small amount of blood, usually taken from a vein or finger, and gives results quickly. It is often used in hospitals and labs to help doctors make better decisions about your treatment.
Centrifuge Machine
A centrifuge machine is a device used in labs to separate different parts of a liquid, like blood. It works by spinning the liquid very fast in small tubes. Because of the spinning, heavier parts, like red blood cells, move to the bottom, and lighter parts, like plasma, stay on top. This helps doctors and scientists study the different parts more easily. Centrifuge machines are very helpful in medical tests, research, and even in making medicines.
